Booking Restriction

  • Each stateroom must have at least one passenger who is 18 years old and above, for more information on Royal Caribbean’s International Age Policy
  • Only Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents and Long term pass holder residing in Singapore are able to sail
  • Long term pass holder must present their Student Pass, Dependent Pass, Long Term Visit Pass or Work Permit/Employment Pass together with their passport for check-in
  • Short term visit pass (STVP) holders are not allowed for the (cruise to nowhere – CTNW) according to prevailing policy
  • Guests who were not eligible for the cruise are PR with an expired re-entry permit, canceled DP holders, canceled work pass holders (who are on special passes- which are considered short-term passes), and expired long-term pass holders

  • Anyone who has traveled outside Singapore 14 days or less prior to sail date will be denied boarding
  • If guests have been tested positive for COVID 180 days prior to the sail date, they will also be denied boarding
  • Safe vacations start with prevention. Every guest and crew member will be required to test negative for SARS-CoV-2 (coronavirus) prior to boarding
  • A physician's "Fit to Travel" note is no longer required prior to sailing, stating how far along (in weeks) your pregnancy will be at the beginning of the cruise and confirming that you are in good health and not experiencing a high-risk pregnancy
  • Smoking is only permitted at designated open deck areas and stateroom/suite balconies
  • Guests must be at least 18 years of age to be served alcohol, enter the Casino or play any monetary-based games of chance
  • An Onboard Expense Account, also known as your SeaPass onboard account, is the cashless system used for all onboard purchases and services. Depending on your ship, SeaPass cards are handed out at the pier or will be in your stateroom waiting for you

Infant Policy

  • Any cruise that has 3 or more consecutive days at sea will require infants to be 12 months old on the first day of the cruise

Pregnant Policy

  • Royal Caribbean International cannot accept guests who will be more than 23 weeks pregnant at any time during the cruise

How To Use

Online Check-In

  • Please complete online check-in at no later than 3 days prior to the sailing date. Remember to print your SetSail Pass and bring it with you in order to board the ship. Additional check-in forms will need to be completed at the pier if online check-in is not completed.

Ship Check-In

  • Royal Caribbean International will deny boarding to those guests without the proper travel documents / visas or those who have not completed pier check-in 90 minutes prior to the ship’s scheduled sailing timeNo refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring the proper travel documents or show up late
  • No refunds will be given to individuals who fail to bring the proper travel documents or show up late
