Assembly at Singapore Changi Airport, head to China’s most liveable city – Xiamen. Transfer and proceed to Yongding Hakka Tulou Prince Hotel, hands-on experience on the making of traditional Hakka rice dessert – Hakka Ciba. Dinner at Yongding Tulou Cuisine (Mei Cai Pork, Hakka Yong Tau Foo, White Sliced Chicken). At night, free & Easy at Tulou, exclusively enjoy Tulou Bar music and gourmet. Purchase fireworks at your own expense and admire Hakka beautiful night scenery.

YONGDING/DAPU (1H) / MEIZHOU (1.5H)

Travel to UNESCO World Heritage – Yongding Hakka Tulou Folk Culture Village, Hakka Tulou is an unique building in the world, deified as a wonderful folk architecture with long history, unique style, large-scaled, compact structure, full-featured, rich in content, unique in traditional Chinese residential architecture, known as “Oriental civilization of a shining pearl”. There is a magnificent “King of Tulou” – Zhen Cheng Lou, Wufeng Building (Earthen Tulou Style) classic – Fuyu House, Palace of Potala’s imperial design of architecture – Kuiju Building, “Pocket Round Building” – Rise Building. It is along the river, the patchwork, the greenery water, bamboo, arch bridge, water tank, farms composite a magnificent picture. Continue the journey to Meizhou via Dapu. Tour Thousand Pagodas, there are thousands of Buddhist relics in the South Tower, the whole pagoda called the treasures of Chinese traditional culture and arts. It is also a historical and cultural city of Meizhou logo. Tower lamp is known as “Lingnan Pearl”. Dinner, taste on Salted Baked Chicken, Hakka Yong Tau Foo and other Meizhou Hakka flavor style.

MEIZHOU/CHAOZHOU (3H)

After breakfast, explore Hakka Cultural Park, enjoy and research on the collections which showcase the history and culture of Hakka; Hakka Museum. Travel to Hakka traditional houses – Hakka Walled House, one of the five unique residences in architecture world. Board the coach and head to Chaozhou. Tour Chaozhou Ancient City by environmental sightseeing car. Explore Kaiyuan Temple, Ancient City Wall, Ascending Xiangzi Bridge, Guangji Gate Tower. Taste on bergamot, old orange medicine and traditional preserved. Enjoy the stew goose and other Chaozhou flavour cuisine.

• At your own expenses, ride the rickshaw along the ancient city of Chaozhou and the Ming and Qing Dynasties elegant houses of the ancient people of the first lane, experience ancient traditional folk customs + night tour ancient city gate – Guangji Gate Tower & Ancient City Wall + Municipal Cultural Square.

Travel to Shantou, ride along Waterfront Promenade, People’s Square; Explore Mom Palace, also known as “Tin Hau Temple”. Fisherman and other people often come here to pray for good safety. At your own expenses in Chaoshan the oldest yet unique "Fragrance Snacks Store”, taste on Bamboo Shoot, Rice Cakes, Ginkgo Ginger Soup and other local snacks. Travel to Zhongshan Park, it is an exquisite architecture artificial garden, red arches, rockery, Jiuqu Bridge is also called Sanjue. Lunch, taste on Chaozhou 18 flavours such as “Olive dish”, “Golden Melon Yam”, “Turnip Cake”, “Oyster” and many others. Proceed back to Xiamen, Taste on Egret Island dishes flavour for dinner

Go to Gulangyu by ferry, World Architecture Expo (Catholic Church, Concorde Church, various kind of old villas). Free shopping at Leading Commercial Street, enjoy the souvenirs. Have Minnan Style flavour for lunch. Visit Egret Island, view Statue of the Egret Goddess. Dinner at your own expense (Free & easy at Zhongshan Road and taste on the different varieties of snacks).

At night at your own expenses, travel Lujiang two sides, Yuandang Lake, Yanwu Bridge to enjoy the breath-taking scenery. Enjoy the shopping therapy at top 10 cultural street; Zhongshan Road. Complimentary tasting on Xiamen Pizza.

Visit Overseas Chinese Museum, design by Mr. Chan Ka-kee, known as the "World's only showcase of Chinese history ". Through the real picture object, feel the pursuit of the ancestors under the history of the Nanyang. Proceed to South Putuo Temple. This is a typical Minnan Ancient building which was built in the Tang Dynasty. Later, coach ride along “Oriental Hawaii” Gold Coast called Huandao Road. The coast is the largest artificial beach. Lunch, Taste Mustard Rice Xiamen Featured Dishes.

Walk into Old Courtyard Area. Visit Folk Culture Custom Garden, through the life scenes of Minnan Fisherman. We can explore Minnan fishing village, folk customs, Mazu and Nanyang Culture etc. Experience "Minnan's Legend" in world's first indoor 360 degrees stage with 360 degrees rotating spectator gallery.

乘车前往世界文化遗产-永定土楼民俗文化村（含往返电瓶车），客家土楼是世界独一无二、神化般的民居建筑奇葩，以历史悠久、风格独特、规模宏大、结构精巧、功能齐全闻名于世，在中国传统古民居建筑中被誉为“东方文明的璀灿明珠”。其中有富丽堂皇“圆楼王子”―振成楼、五凤楼（府第式土楼）经典福裕楼、布达拉宫的宫殿式建筑―奎聚楼、“袖珍圆楼”―如升楼它们沿溪而上，错落有致，与青山、绿水、翠竹、拱桥、水车、农田和谐相处，组成多姿多彩的绚丽画卷。续程经大埔前往梅州。游览千佛塔，内有南汉文物千佛铁塔，整座宝塔堪称中华传统文化艺术的瑰宝，亦是梅州历史文化名城标志。塔灯高照被称为“岭南明珠”。晚餐品尝盐焗鸡、客家酿豆腐等梅州客家菜风味。

早餐后游览客家公园，参观集收藏、研究于一体，展示客家历史文化综合性客家博物馆。前往客家人特有传统民居，被中外建筑学界称为中国五大特色民居之一客家围龙屋，乘车往历史文化名城—潮州，乘环保观光车游览潮州古城，参观开元寺、古城墙，登上中国古代著名桥梁之一湘子桥、广济门城楼。品尝佛手、老药桔等传统蜜饯。品尝卤水鹅等地道潮菜.

前往参观陈嘉庚先生创建设计、被誉为“全球唯一展示华人历史”华侨博物院。通过真实图片物件，感受追寻祖辈下南洋的历史。之后游览千年古刹南普陀，这是一座典型闽南古建筑群，始建于唐朝，工艺精绝的佛像栩栩如生。车游黄金海岸环岛路，这里有全国最大的人造沙滩，与金门岛一水之隔。午餐品尝芥菜饭等厦门特色菜。晚餐自理。
