Take the flight to the world-famous Yinchuan, which is known as “Shai Shang Jiangnan”.
Upon arrival, take a bus to the hotel for check in.

After breakfast, visit the "Shuidonggou", which is known as "the birthplace of Chinese prehistoric archaeology". Follow the guide and listen about the history. After arriving at the pier, take a boat through the lakes, then take a bus to the Concealed Soidiers Cave. After lunch, will visit the NingXia Museum. Showcasing local history and culture. Lastly will end the day with dinner.

After breakfast, head to Qingtongxia and visit one of China's four famous buildings Zhonghua Huanghe Tower. Follow by that will visit the Tonghu Grassland + Bonfire Party, where you will find deserts, salt lakes, wetland grasslands, sand springs, oases, pastures, natural wonders, and participate in a passionate bonfire party after dinner. Under the night, the bonfire will be lit, and the enthusiastic Mongolian compatriots will invite you to sing and dance together to feel the passion and joy of the Mongolian.

After breakfast, visit Shapotou, which is a combination of desert, yellow river, high mountains and oasis. It has the charm of the northwest scenery and the beauty of the south of the river. Standing on the head of Shapotou and looking down, one can see the Yellow River in a S-shaped river, irrigating this rich land. There is desert surf car that rides though the wind and waves, there is camel, which makes this desert fun and joyful.  
Follow by visiting the Yellow River Palace.The waterdrop shaped characteristic building is located on the Dahe Dance Square, which displays the Chinese Yellow River culture.
Next is Gao Temple, the ancient architectural community located in Zhongwei City, the building is exquisite, beautiful and ingenious. There are 24 steep steps, the temple is not only for Buddha, Bodhisattva, but also Jade Emperor, Wenchang, Guan Gong, Confucianism culture etc.

Visit the Yellow River Stone Forest throughout the day (Laolongwan Scenic Area + Battery Car + Yellow River Sheepskin raft ride; Qilong Cave Scenic Area; Yingma Gorge Scenic Area + Donkey sightseeing cart). Yellow River Stone Forest is known as National Geopark. At the entrance of Yinmagou, you will board the Donkey car! The view of the canyon is filled with stones that looks like: Elephant drinking water etc. The sheepskin raft has been a historical culture of the Yellow River.
In the tour Battery Car, Yellow River Sheepskin Raft ride, Donkey sightseeing cart will be included.

After breakfast, return to Yinchuan City to visit Zhenbei Fort West Film Centre, a national 5As-class tourist area. It is a model for the success of Chinese cultural industry.
Afterwards, visit Helanshan Rock Painting: A kind of painting carved on the rock by the ancient northern minorities. It expresses the yearning and pursuit of a beautiful life.

早餐后，前往青铜峡，参观中国四大名楼之一中华黄河楼，是宁夏黄河金岸的点睛之笔和标志性的景观工程之一，将打造出全国展示黄河文化第一楼，与黄鹤楼、滕王阁和鹳雀楼并称中国四大名楼。后前往后游览通湖草原+篝火晚会，这里汇集了沙漠、盐湖、湿地草原、沙泉、绿洲、牧村、自然奇观，晚餐后参加激情的篝火晚会。夜幕下点燃篝火，热情的蒙古族同胞会邀您一起载歌载舞,感受蒙古草原的激情和欢畅。后入住酒店休息。

早餐后，游览沙坡头，这里集大漠、黄河、高山、绿洲为一体，即具西北风光之雄奇，又兼江南景色之秀美。也是2013湖南卫视大型亲子秀《爸爸去哪儿》第三期、第四期节目的外景拍摄地 - 沙坡头南北景区。站在沙坡头往下望去，黄河呈S型奔流而过，灌溉出这片富饶的土地。黄沙一片，连接着中国第四大沙漠，腾格里沙漠，可让人近距离感受大漠风光的壮阔广袤，雄浑气象。 这里有乘风破浪的沙漠冲浪车，号称沙漠之舟的骆驼，有性能超强、外观超酷的沙漠越野车，这一切让这片沙漠变得乐趣十足，欢乐四溢。游览黄河两岸风光。参观游览黄河宫，水滴形的特色建筑坐落于大河之舞广场之上，黄河水畔，博物馆展示了中国的黄河文化。后游览高庙，坐落在中卫市区的古建筑群落，建筑精致、优美、巧妙。到高庙要登上陡峭的24级台阶，这里不仅供奉有佛、菩萨，还有玉皇、圣母、文昌、关公，佛、道、儒三教文化在此汇聚。

全天参观黄河石林(老龙湾景区+电瓶车+黄河羊皮筏子、游船；蟠龙洞景区；饮马大峡谷景区+毛驴车含22道弯观光大巴车)
黄河石林 - 黄河九曲，龙湾多娇，新列为“国家地质公园”的黄河石林就高耸在这黄河两岸。从石林观景台俯瞰：周围峡谷绝壁凌空，自然造型多姿传神。抵达黄河。立足河边，转身仰目，峰林耸立，座座相连，气势磅薄，颇具天然大园林神韵。沿黄河左行、右行，或过河前行，均可游览石林。景区内峡谷蜿蜒曲折，皆以沟命名：七口沟、盘龙沟、喜望沟等，另外还有千米洞、盘龙洞等几十处洞穴。我们左行至饮马沟入口，换乘当地农民装扮得极富民俗风情的驴车前行。进入峡谷，两边布满了巨大的石笋、石人、石钟、石崖、石窟，峰回路转，步移景变，人们将石景命名为：大象吸水、千帆竞发、伴侣驼、“黄河母亲”等等，其形神兼备，栩栩如生。黄河文化中羊皮筏子的历史可谓源远流长，人在筏上，筏在河中，两岸景致辞似巨幅画卷，在您面前绵延开来，沿河风情尽收眼底，滔滔黄河水载着千年的沉重绵延开来，沿河风情尽收眼底，滔滔黄河水载着千年的沉重滚滚而去……。在景区游览观光过程中，我们将为游客提供二十二道弯观光大巴车；老龙湾电瓶车；黄河羊皮筏子、快艇；饮马大峡谷毛驴车等特色服务项目。

早餐后，返回银川市前往参观镇北堡西部影城，来镇北堡西部影城不仅可以看到许多耳熟能详的电影场景，投身其中，做到来时是游客，走时是明星！同时还可以了解到民间炕头剪窗花，贴年画，纺线线等民间非文化物质遗产，让游客仿佛穿越回了明清时期的京城，体验一场民俗盛宴。后参观中国自然与文化双遗产贺兰山岩画，这里是古代游牧民族画廊，可以看到古代人类写实与抽象绘制凿刻，是北方岩画的集萃。是中国游牧民族的珍贵的术画廊，以形形色色的类人首为题材，给人一种真实亲切肃穆和纯真的感受。

早餐后，前往沙湖旅游区（含大船）这里是中国十大魅力休闲旅游湖泊，中国西部独具特色旅游目的地 。欣赏湖水荡漾芦苇摇曳、金沙灿灿---“江南水乡与大漠风光”于一体的美景。后前往参观3A级景区百瑞源中国枸杞馆， 了解枸杞的历史文化和养生知识。返回酒店休息！
