The scenic area has unique natural features, majestic rock formations, mysterious and deep cave, unpredictable meteorological landscapes, thrilling cliffs, historic temples. The combination of springs and caves is a combination of national, scenic. It has been rated as a National Scenic Area, National Nature Reserve, National Forest Park, National Natural Heritage, National Science Education Base, National 5A Level Scenic Area, National Civilized Scenic Area, and successfully won the World Natural Heritage in June 2014.

China's largest Miao traditional building complex. Jiuli Shenzhu is currently the world's highest and largest pillar, with the most Miao’s drawing. The Jiuli palace is the world's tallest and largest hanging building, the world's largest courtyard building.
• Ayi River
Ayi River is in the Pengshui Miao and Tujia Autonomous County of Chongqing. The Miao family called the kind, beautiful and intelligent woman "Jiao Ayi", hence name the river "Ayi River".
The Ayi River Scenic Area integrates mountains, water, forests, springs, and gorges, and is majestic, strange, dangerous, beautiful, and secluded.

• Gongtan Ancient Town
It is the thousand years ancient town. There is only one winding stone street in the whole town. The stilted buildings are all supported by wood and the beam structure is made of buckets. It is a typical Tujia building.

The national 4A attraction has the reputation of "a thousand miles of Wujiang River, a hundred miles of galleries".

5A scenic spots. In June 2007, it was included in the United Nations World Natural Heritage. It is the world largest. Nature of the uncanny workmanship has its large scale and it’s magnificent which is less than 1.2 km in the range across the amalgam River canyon, the two sides of the mountain together. 观。每年农历五月十一日，蚩尤九黎城举行世界最大蚩尤祭祀仪式，吸引着全国各地的蚩尤后裔前来参与，共同祭祀他们的祖先蚩尤。

阿依河地处重庆市彭水苗族土家族自治县，苗家人把善良、美丽、聪慧的女子称为“娇阿依”，阿依河因此得名。阿依河景区融山、水、林、泉、峡于一体，集雄、奇、险、秀、幽于一身。
