Assemble at Changi Airport for flight to New Zealand - Auckland, the ‘City of Sails’

Leave Auckland, passing from suburban to farmland scenery alongside the Waikato River. Reach Rotorua through Fitzgerald Glade, a lush area with ferns and beautiful trees. Experience the geothermal wonders of Rotorua, with steaming vents, geysers, and bubbling mud pools. Surround yourself with nature's beauty as Rotorua is encompassed by mountains, rivers, forests, and lakes. Take a dip in the natural hot springs and immerse yourself in Maori culture, a prominent aspect of this region.

This morning, visit Agrodome, a real working New Zealand farm. Explore 19 sheep breeds, witness live sheep shearing, and marvel at the skilled farm dogs. Next, head to Matamata, known for its horse industry and dairy farming. Take a guided tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set, discovering iconic locations like Hobbit Holes and the Green Dragon Inn. On the way back to Rotorua, pass through Tirau, a lively town with unique buildings. In the evening, enjoy a traditional Maori Hangi feast with captivating dance, music, and cultural experiences.

Explore Te Puia Thermal Reserve with guided tours of the Maori Arts and Crafts Institute, Kiwi Conservation Centre, and geothermal valley with a geyser. Then, visit Waitomo Glowworm Caves, famous for their limestone formations and glow-worms. Pass Hamilton City, cross the Waikato River, and catch a glimpse of the Auckland city skyline. 

After breakfast, fly from Auckland to Christchurch. Visit Riverside Market, an indoor market with retail, restaurants, cafes, and bars. Experience unique shopping in the city. After lunch, take a Christchurch city tour to explore its rich history. Leave Christchurch and cross the Canterbury Plains, passing through the Waimakariri River gorge to reach Arthur's Pass National Park. Continue by deluxe mini-van through rivers, rainforests, and mountain valleys to Hokitika, a historic gold mining town with Maori cultural significance. Witness Ice Age remnants in the kettle lakes before arriving in the Glacier Region for an overnight stay.

Continue to Wanaka, a serene alternative to Queenstown, known for its beautiful southern lakes and relaxed atmosphere.

Today, free time to explore Queenstown. You may want to consider to joinon an optional excursion to Glenorchy Lord of the Rings 4WD Safari or a Shotover Jetboat Ride.

In the morning, visit Arrowtown, a historic town with stunning scenery and charm. Explore the preserved historic buildings and rich heritage of this former gold mining town. Then, head to Cromwell to visit the famous Mrs Jones Fruits Stall, known for its fresh fruits, dried fruits, nuts, honey products, and vegetables. Take a scenic drive through sheep farming country, passing Lake Pukaki and stopping at Pukaki Lookout Point for a panoramic view of Mt Cook. Finally, reach Lake Tekapo village, your ultimate destination.

This morning, admire the turquoise beauty of Lake Tekapo and visit the iconic Church of the Good Shepherd and Bronze Sheepdog Statue. Explore Farmer's Corner Wholesale Shopping & Alpaca Farm, offering a diverse collection of premium New Zealand products and souvenirs. Experience the tranquility and scenic ambiance of the farm, where you can have a close encounter with domesticated Alpacas, feed them nuts, and take unforgettable photos. Enjoy a scenic drive back via the Canterbury Plains, immersing in lovely roadside scenery towards Christchurch.

Free at leisure till your airport transfer for your flight back to Singapore.
