A minimum group size of 15 passengers is required for a confirmed departure. Group sizes of 15 and below will be at the discretion of Namho Travel, and passengers need to accept the arrangement.

All hotel ratings are based on local standards. If accommodation at the stated hotel is unavailable, it will be replaced by another hotel of similar standards.
During major events, accommodation may not be in the mentioned city. If hotel rooms are unavailable in San Francisco, the group will stay in San Jose or the Oakland Region.
